Dr. Gregg L. Semenza
Dr. Gregg Semenza received the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 2019 for discovering how the body's cells sense and react to low oxygen levels. This discovery may lead to treatments for cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. In addition, Dr. Semenza has received the Albert Lasker Basic Medical Research Award (2016), Wiley Prize in Biomedical Sciences (2014), Lefoulon-Delalande Grand Prize from the Institut de France (2012), and the Canada Gairdner International Award (2010).

Shri Uday Samant
An automobile engineer by profession, Shri Samant started his political career 15 years back as a member of the Legislative Assembly from Ratnagiri- Sangameshwar constituency of Konkan, Maharashtra. The Maharashtra Journalist Association awarded him the ‘Konkan Ratna Award, The pride of India Bhaskar Award’ in 2007, and ‘The excellent MLA Award’ by Brahma Kesari Pune in 2019. Indian Students also awarded him the Ideal Youth MLA Honor. He has also been honored by Konkan Marathi Literature Council with ‘Sahityamitra Samman.’

Starting with a convenience store, he runs various companies in various domains today. In addition, he is a trendsetter within the hospitality industry.
Shri Nagraj Manjule
Shri Nagraj Manjule is a literary and cinematic genius. Known for his films like “Sairat” and“Fandry,” he is the creator of cinema influenced by a society that brings difficult but important conversations to the fore. Moreover, the narrative cohesion of his cinematic storytelling makes him one of the most prolific and brilliant filmmakers of our times.
Dr. Rajagopalan Vasudevan
A true environmentalist, Dr. Rajagopalan Vasudevan, is popularly known as the ‘plastic man of India’ for his innovative approach to a global ever-increasing problem. He has transformed how plastic waste can be through his “ground-breaking” research. His imaginative solution is helping to reduce the environmental impact caused by plastics.

Past Chairman of CII Western Region, and the present President of Mahratta Chamber of Commerce and Industries, has a deep interest in nurturing the future generation of entrepreneurs.
